Nida helps organisations to develop and implement innovative remuneration strategies and systems that are aligned with their business objectives, drive results and deliver strategic outcomes. He recently joined GRG as a Director after a 19-year career with Hay Group Australia where he worked with a wide variety of organisations ranging from large multi-nationals to small specialist companies within the banking, financial services, insurance, retail, FMCG, telecommunications, transportation, airlines, construction, mining, resources, engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, professional services, not-for-profit and the public sectors. His focus was on organisational and job design, developing classification structures and pay strategies to address the unique needs and culture of individual clients; and he also assisted organisations in the execution of their business strategy through comprehensive strategic analysis and design of business operating models.
At GRG, Nida will work with Boards and management on all aspects of remuneration, performance and other matters, focusing on:
- Executive and non-executive director remuneration benchmarking, analysis and advice
- Design and valuation of short-term incentive (STI) and long-term incentive (LTI) plans
- End to end remuneration reviews across whole-of-company, within budget constraints.
